At MoroRugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the following conditions apply:

Refunds will be processed within 1 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
5. Non-returnable Items

For returns due to reasons other than defective or damaged items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
